Start of Our Fantasy League!

Welcome to our 2J Fantasy League (prototype) blog.

Our leagues consists of 2 parts:
1) A league on the English Premier League FPL platform. This is a game where we choose players each Gameweek. And depending on how they performed in their respective matches, they get points. Your own team score is the total achieved by the players.

2) A Personal Fantasy League, based on points scored through your actions on a behavioural / habits chart. These actions are those which will be helpful to make you into a better student. I will explain this in the blog after our FPL league kicks off.

Please seek your parents approval to participate in this test run!

 Setting up FPL

1)  Go to https://fantasy.premierleague.com/a/home
2)  Sign up for an account using a valid email address.
3)  Validate FPL account. Login to FPL website (automatic)

4)  Once you are successful in login, you will do your squad selection.

• Basic idea: you need to choose 15 players using a total budget of 100m pounds.
  2 GK, 5 DEF, 5 MID and 3 FWD
• Give a name to your team and your favourite Premier League football club

5)  Pick a team for the coming Gameweek. Your team MUST have a minimum of 3 defenders.
6)  Assign a captain (his points scored will be doubled)
7)  Assign a Vice-captain. In case your captain didn't play, this Vice-captain's points will be doubled.
8)  SAVE your team.

9)  Click on "Leagues" tab.
10)  Click on "Create and join new leagues" button.
11)  Use the code I will send to you to join.
12)  Wait for results over the weekend.
